Creative commons licence applies to official printed copies of WA legislation
All official copies of Acts of the State of Western Australia, and all official copies of reprints of Acts and subsidiary legislation of the State of Western Australia, are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0).
Official copies are generally those that state that they are printed by the Government Printer or by authority of the Government. They usually bear the imprint of the Government Printer.
For example:
Official copies of WA legislation printed after 1 January 2020 bear a statement that they are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0).
Official copies printed before that date do not bear that statement, but are still covered by the same licence.
